Products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re kept at the specified temperature

• Ready to Drink Juices (JUS DE MUSCADE & JUS DE PASSION) should be kept at 0-8 degrees at all times.
• Fruit Concentrates (NOIX DE MUSCADE & FRUIT DE LA PASSION) should be kept at room temperature and away from direct sunlight

Failing to adhering to above conditions will lead to the product being spoilt and your claim will be not valid.

All refunds claims are on sole discretion of PlantersTreasure Enterprise Private Limited upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.
